Ugliest bobblehead ever?

I know of some (well, at least one) who would argue that ALL bobbleheads are ugly and creepy, but come on, this thing has to take the cake:

To me, the worst part of that hideous statue is the fact that they gave it Andrés Galarraga's number.  What a disgrace!
